Abigail Holt Falkville Funeral for Abigail Holt, 92, of Falkville will be Friday, January 30, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home with Reverend Milan Dekich officiating. Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.Mrs. Holt, who died Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Summerford Nursing Home, was born September 15, 1922, in Lawrence County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oceola Holt.Survivors include four sons, Jackie Puckett, Charles Puckett and wife, Evelynn, Bill Puckett and wife, Sandra, and Jeff Holt and wife, Margaret; two daughters, Linda Johnson and husband, Carroll David and Mary Presley and husband, Steve; brother, Curtis Merriman; sister, A.D. Brinkley and husband, Richard; 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Bryan Merriman, Curtis Merriman, Tony Merriman, Johnny Smith, Mike Johnson and Jamie Leach.
