Alice Jane Trousdale age 82 of Florence passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Visitation will be on Sunday, June 26, 2016, from Noon until 2pm at Elkins East Chapel. Services will follow at 2pm in the chapel with William Brewer officiating. Burial will be at Butler Cemetery.

She is preceded in death by her husband Hubert Lee Tousdale. Parents Grady and Mary Sledge. Siblings, Junior Sledge, Becky Haney and Jackie Sledge.

Alice is survived by her children; Chris Tousdale (Elaine), Lisa Higginbotham (Randy) and Regina Sims (Greg). Grandchildren; Adam Freeman, Daniel Freeman, Susan Talley (Daniel), Amber Davis (Wade) and Brittany Mathews (Brenton). Great-grandchildren; Sabian Freeman, Raven Freeman, Malachi Freeman, Garrett Freeman, Ethin Talley, Dylan Talley, Autumn Brown, Kadence Bentley, Brianna Davis and Gideon Mathews. Sibling; Grace Roan, Martha Wright (Robert), Leroy Sledge and Cathy Couch (Odis). Six nephews, five nieces and special friend Carolyn Morrison.

Pallbearers will be Tony Trousdale, Anthony Sledge, Rich Griggs, Neal Beahm, Micheal Latcham and Brit Wright.
