Funeral for Alma Aldridge Blevins, 82, of Moulton will be Wednesday, February 17, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home with Bro. Ray McWhorter officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Blevins, who died Sunday, February 14, 2010, was born November 12, 1927, in Lawrence County to Charlie and Lucy Gailey Aldridge. She was a member of Fairfield Church of Christ. She retired from Encino Shirt Factory. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Dillard Elbert Blevins; and her first grandchild, Stephanie Suzanne Blevins. Survivors include one son, Stephen "Buster" Blevins (Reta); two daughters, Jane Walker (Ron) and Nancy Brown (Greg); two grandsons, Les Blevins (Mandy) and Joe Paul Blevins; five granddaughters, Magen Willingham (Laramie), Krissy Houtman (Pete), Jenny Stracener (Jeremy), Gracie Reno and Katie Reno; one great-grandson, Blane Willingham, two great-granddaughters, Molly Willingham and Bridgett Stracener; one brother, C.J. Aldridge; and four sisters, Opal Garrison (Tom), Mabel Thompson, Sue Wiley (Tom) and Jenny Davis (Billy). Pallbearers will be Les Blevins, Joe Paul Blevins, Ron Walker, Greg Brown, Laramie Willingham, Pete Houtman, Jeremy Stracener and Blane Willingham. Honorary pallbearers will be Neal and Shelia Norwood and her little buddy, Ben.
