Alyce Earline Waddell Bryan age 98 of Florence passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 9:30am until 11:00am at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence. Services to follow in the chapel at 11:00am with David McKelvey and Rodney Shewbart officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Bert Bryan and her daughter Judy Gaston.

Alyce is survived by her daughter Betty Hall and the late Terry Hall. Grandchildren; Alicia Gist (Russ), Greg Hall, Ginger Long (Roger), and Michael Gaston. Great-grandchildren; Natalie Tapley, Bailee Gist, Jack Gist, Bryan Gaston, Brandon Gaston, Ben Long and Whitney Henry. Two brothers, J.C. Frye (Louise) and Price Frye (Imo). And one sister Liz Holder.

She grew up attending a one room school where the teacher rode a horse to school and worked at Dowdy''s Candy Kitchen in Florence while living at the now Pope''s Tavern. She was a member of First Baptist Killen and attended York Terrace Baptist during her later years. She enjoyed camping and taking care of her family.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
