Annette Johnson (Fields) Johnson's Obituary
Annette Fields Johnson, 75, of Killen died Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at her residence.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 10, 2015, from 12-1 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM in the Chapel with Bro. David Cofield officiating. Burial will be at Pettus Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson was a graduate of LCHS and Shoals Community College. She retired from ECM Hospital as a Pharmacy Technician. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to Auctions and Thrift Stores.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husband Wade Johnson; son, Timmy Hollandsworth; daughter, Deborah Bassie; parents, Gilbert and Nellie Fields.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by a grandson, Jordan Bassie; sister, Betty Fields Williams (Gene); niece, Felicia Turner; nephew, Robbie Pettus; great-nieces, Alexa and Keely Turner; special friends, Jim Gray and Peggy Jones.
Mrs. Johnson''s family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice and Jim Gray for all their care, love, and kindness.
