Courtland Funeral for Annie Lou Parker, 96, of Courtland will be Friday, January 23, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Chenault IV and Rev. James Long officiating. Burial will be in Parker Family Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.Mrs. Parker, who died Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at Lawrence Medical Center, was born June 5, 1918, in Colbert County to Hollis and Mamie Larry. She was a member of Courtland United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Parker; two sisters, Josephine Terry and Sadie Mae Grissom; brother, Paul Larry; and grandson, Mike Sparks.Survivors include two sons, Bobby Parker and wife, Janice, and Larry Parker and wife, Faye; two daughters, Melissa Parker and Martha Parker; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Matthew Glover, Brad Parker, Derek Parker, Brandon Letson, Joel Glover and Greg Sparks.
