Funeral for Azilee B. Scoggins, 88, of Town Creek, will be Thursday March 6, at 2:00 PM at Elliott Funeral Home, with Bro. Milton Burks and Bro. Bertie Ray officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Scoggins who died Monday, March 3, 2008 was born June 17, 1919. She was preceded in death by her husband A . P. Scoggins, Jr., one son, Rickie Scoggins, four sisters and 1 brother. Survivors include three sons, Robert Scoggin (Doris), Jerry Scoggin and James Scoggins, all of Town Creek; nine grandchildren, David, Jay, Jennifer, Robby, Matt, Jamie, Tiffany, Alison and Olivia; 13 great grandchildren, Nickolaus, Christopher, Blythe, Bryant, Keslee, Brent, Alex, Jacob, Ashley, Jackson Marie, Triston and Faith and 1 great great grandchild; Isaiah one sister, Hazel Kerby. Pallbears will be grandsons, Jay Scoggins, Matt Scoggin, Chris Scoggin & Robby Scoggin, Marlin Kerby and Slick Jone
