Barbara Lewis Palmer, 81 of Rogersville, AL passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018.  She was a faithful member of Rogersville United Methodist Church were she sang in choir for over twenty years. Some of her loves were watching her grandchildren play in sports and activities and loved music and dancing.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 11-1:00 p.m. at the Rogersville United Methodist Church.  The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Bill Smith officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross Palmer; parents, Phil and Cora Lewis; brother, David Lewis.

Survivors include her children, Jeff Palmer (Lori), Greg Palmer (Judy) and Todd Palmer (Patty) all of Rogersville; grandchildren, Zach Palmer, (Keely), Valerie Palmer, Jacob Palmer, Brett Palmer, Dayne Palmer all of Rogersville; brother, Bill Lewis of Falkville, AL; sister Betty Henson of Huntsville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Zach Palmer, Jacob Palmer, Brett Palmer, Dayne Palmer, Chase Crumbley and Zane Crumbley.

The members of the Hannah Sunday School Class will be honorary pallbearers.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Ella Watkins, Myra Watkins and Ms. Okie as well as the Branding Iron Cowboy Church and the Rogersville United Methodist Church for all the food and prayers.
