Mrs. Barbara Joy White, age 86 of Decatur passed away on September 21, 2023 at Regency Retirement in Huntsville, AL. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 25 at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur beginning at 4pm. Ridout's Brown- Service Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Mrs. White is survived by her children, Allen White, Kathy White, Lorie White, and Avery White; and 10 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edwin White; and her parents, Hiram Summers and Myrtle Walker.

In leiu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the local Alzheimer's Association.
