Barry Don Greene ,64, of Tuscumbia, AL, formerly Florence, AL went to be with his Lord on April 10, 2020.  A private family graveside service will be held at Bluewater Cemetery, officiating will be Bro. Larry Wright. There will be a drive-thru visitation Saturday, April 18, 2020, at Elkins East Chapel from 3-5 PM.  There will be a memorial service held at a later date for friends and family.

Don was born to Mildred and Milford Greene on May 2, 1955. Don was a wonderful son, brother, husband, and father. He was known by many and loved by all. He was a friend and a blessing to everyone that knew him. Don was an exceptionally strong, Christian man who knew nothing but to love his family and help others. He loved his wife, Linda and children, David and Dayon fiercely and his love for them knew no bounds. His love overflowed to his extended family including a special sister in law, Melissa Clanton. He was an encouragement to all who were blessed to know him.

Don is preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and Milford Greene.

He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Linda Greene, Children, David and Dayon Greene, and brother, Jerry Greene.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a Don Greene Memorial Fund under the name Linda Greene at TVA Community Credit Union or is asking for donations to be made to the local Gideons chapter to purchase Bibles in his memory.
