Mrs. Betty Biffle, age 76 of Rogersville, passed away on May 16, 2026. The family will be having a private graveside service.

Mrs. Biffle enjoyed canning, cooking and crochetting. She also loved her animals.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Hershel Cartee; daughters, Tina Cartee Sisk (Scott), Teresa Cartee Humphres (Keith); and Tonya Biffle Bell (Tim); grandchildren, Michael Sisk, Kailee Bell, Brandon Sisk, Zackery Bell, and Blake Humphres; and a cousin that she considered a sister, Shirley Prichett. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Demova Cain; her first husband, Hershel Cartee; and second husband, James Kendrick Biffle III.
