Mrs. Hart was born on august 17, 1923 in Hardin county Ky. to Joe Wilmoth and Gertrude Hash Wilmoth. She passed away on March 14, 2019 at Decatur Morgan hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Hart.
