Beverly Pounders Marshall age 87 of Florence passed away Sunday April 29, 2026. Visitation will be Friday, May 1, at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence from 10:00 A.M. till 11:00 A.M. Service will follow at 11:00 A.M. Pastor David McKelvey will be officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, James (J.T.) Theodore Marshall. Beverly is survived by her daughter Deborah Marshall, grandson Eli Flippen (Tracy), great grandchildren Zoe Flippen and Theodore Flippen, cousin and closest friend Judy Zahnd. Beverly loved the beach, spending time on the river with J.T., and she never met a sweet she didn’t like. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren, who always brought a smile to her face. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the CaringPlace of the Shoals. Elkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
