Visitation for Billie Ruth McKinnon, age 83, will be May 5, 2017 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Elliott's Brown Service Funeral Home, with funeral service to follow. Bro. Randy Copeland and Bro. Neil Carter will be officiating. Internment will be at Old Town Creek Cemetery.
Billie Ruth McKinnon was born, Oct. 21, 1933 in Lawrence County Alabama to Roy Fretwell and Maye Riggs Fretwell. She is preceded in death by her Husband Donald Duncan McKinnon.
Survivors include: 2 daughters, Leah McKinnon Kiker (Jimmy), and Melanie sparks (Tony), Two grandsons, Lucas Kiker and timothy Kiker. two granddaughters, Amber Sparks and Adrian Richardson, and one great granddaughter, Presley Mae Richardson.
