Funeral for Billie Rose Quinn, 78, of Decatur will be today at 2 p.m. at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. B.J. Carter officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with Ridout''s Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be today from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Quinn, who died Friday, July 10, 2009, in Huntsville, was born May 11, 1931, in Leachville, Ark., to Homer Wesley Stevenson and Mary Louise Finch Stevenson. She graduated from The Birmingham Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in 1954 and was retired from Morgan County Health Department as a registered nurse. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Patrick "Pat" Quinn; and two brothers, Westley Homer Stevenson and Dan C. Barger. Survivors include three sons, John Clifton "Cliff" Quinn and wife, Sally, Steven Ray Quinn and wife, Karen, and Timothy Patrick Quinn and wife
