Funeral for Bobby Edward Little, 63, of Mount Hope will be Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Cross Over Ministries in Moulton with Pastor Virgil Calhoun and Bro. Denzil Borden officiating and Elliott Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Old Town Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the church. Mr. Little, who died Sunday, June 28, 2009, was born Feb. 15, 1946, in Lawrence County to James Earl and Mary Harmon Little. He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Lance Green; and one brother, William Little. Survivors include his wife, Josephine Little; one daughter, Darlene Green (Bobby) of Mount Hope; three sons, Darrell Little (Denise) of Mount Hope and Doyle Little (Jeannia) and David Little (Sharalee), both of Moulton; three brothers, Wilburn Little of Mount Hope, Hayze Little of Town Creek and Robert Little of Mount Hope; one sister, Mary Lou Wallace of Mount Hope; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will Timothy Little, Chris Little, Cody Little, Zackery Tippett, Bo Green, Dylon Little, Dakota Little, Jaylon Jackson, Ja'mal Jackson, Dallas Little and Jacob Little.
