Funeral for Milton C. Butler, 84, Hatton will be Saturday, March22, 2008, at 2pm at Elliott Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Bond officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday night from 6 until 9 at the funeral home. Mr. Butler, who died Thursday, March 20, 2008, was born August 22, 1923 in Lawrence County to Enoch Butler and Julia Jeffreys Butler. He was a member of Mount Zion No 1 Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. He retired from Robbins Tire and Rubber Co in Tuscumbia. Survivors include his wife, Madgalene Butler, daughter, Linda Butler Holcomb and husband, Don of Red Bay; three grandchildren, Julie and Lee Doss of Addison, Anthony and Carrie Cross of Crooked Oak and Maggie Cross of Red Bay; two great-grandsons, Eli Doss and Tyler Cross; and a special niece, Bonnie McDonald and husband Gary of Moulton. Pallbearers will be Bud Masterson, Roger Masterson, Danny Kerby, Truman Montgomery, Randy Waldrep and Gary McDonald.
