Calvin Ray Frazier, 58, of Milan, Tennessee died Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at the Milan General Hospital.
The visitation will be Saturday at Elkins Funeral Home beginning at 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel with Wayne Gean and Todd Holden officiating. Burial will follow in the Lutts Cemetery, Lutts, Tennessee.
Calvin had been a machine operator at Intervinyl before being disabled by an automobile accident. He enjoyed being a resident of the Douglas Nursing Home and the staff and others enjoyed him being there.
He is survived by his father Edward Thurston Frazier, Killen; brothers Charles Edward Frazier and wife Linda, Gonzalez, Louisiana and Gene Frazier and wife Jody, Florence; a sister Jauneze Frazier Gist, Irmo, South Carolina;; twelve nieces and nephews.
Calvin was preceded in death by his mother Maud L. Frazier and brothers Johnny R. Frazier and Edward Thurston Frazier, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Todd Holden, Phillip Terry, Josh Skipworth, Harry Austin, Jimmy Ritter, Rayford Gist, Jr., and Ronnie Gist.
The family would like to thank the staffs of Douglas Nursing Home and Milan General Hospital for the loving care and friendship Calvin received.
