Carl Lee McGrady, 65, of Florence died Friday, May 19, 2017, at his residence.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 24, 2017, 12 PM to 3:30 PM at Elkins Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:30 PM in the chapel with Jerry Campbell and Jim Trousdale officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.

Mr. McGrady was a member of Highland Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and sang in the Choir. He was always ready to help anyone in need, especially the widows, he was a very loving person. He loved his Sego Palms, golf, swimming, helping his son, Lucas, and all his grandchildren.

Mr. McGrady was preceded in death by his parents, John and Kate McGrady; sister, Andrea McGrady; father-in-law, Elliott Bass.

Mr. McGrady is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Pamela McGrady; son, Lucas McGrady (fianc, Sabrena McFall); daughter, Anna Kate Stumpe (Bradley); grandchildren, Colton, Rane, Charlotte, and Scarlett; sister, Sandra Sockwell (Hubert); mother-in-law, Martha Bass; favorite pet, "Lady".

Pallbearers will be Colton McGrady, Rane McGrady, Lane McCanless, Jacob Fowler, Warren Fowler, Greg McCanless, Kevin McCanless, Adam McCanless, and Phillip Fowler. Honorary pallbearers will be his Sunday School Class.
