Carolyn Sullivan Green, 76, of Decatur, Alabama passed away peacefully at home December 26, 2016. Mrs. Green was born October 31, 1940 in Memphis, Tennessee, to William and Ella Sullivan. She was retired from Decatur General Hospital, where she was the Administrator's Executive Assistant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Alec Green. Survivors include her daughters, Donna Green Albright of Birmingham and Carol Green Miraglia (Vincent) of Memphis; and grandchildren Grace Albright, Alec Albright, John Miraglia, Will Miraglia and Sam Miraglia.
The family would like to extend appreciation for the care provided by Hospice of the Valley and Right at Home, as well as the friends that supported her and her family.
A visitation will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home in Decatur, Alabama.
A visitation will also be held Monday, January 2, 2017, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Hernando Funeral Home in Hernando, Mississippi. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:00am at Hernando Memorial Park Cemetery.
