Carolyn F. Staggs, age 66, of Florence, died on Monday January 11, 2010 at ECM Hospital.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday January 14, 2010 at 2 pm at Butler Cemetery with Jeff Putman officiating. Burial will follow.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Bertie Jones; her granddaughter, Kylie Staggs; her brother, Charles Jones; her sister, Betty Putman; her sister in law, Ann Jones; and her nephews, Greg Davis and Chuck Jones.
Carolyn is survived by her sons, Tommy Staggs and Tony Staggs (Samantha), both of Florence; her sisters, Joyce Davis of Florence, and Frances Ramey of Elgin; her grandchildren, Chrissy, Chad, Jordan, Danielle, Stacy, T. J., Chelsea, and Tyler; 2 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and doctors of the CCU at ECM Hospital for their great care and compassion for Carolyn and her family.
