Eulogy: Casey Renée Austin was a beautiful mother, fiancé, and friend. All that
knew her were touched by her smile, laugh, and positive attitude. Casey was no
stranger to a struggle. For years she battled with addiction that resulted in her
losing her children to a loving family through foster care. This experience,
however, inspired her to become a better person. She got clean, found Christ, and
started a career to become the mother she always wanted to be; someone her
children could be proud of. This girl, no, this strong, amazing woman turned her
life around to have a relationship with her children.

She leaves her loving father Mike Austin, She loved her three kids,
Devin, Jadin and Camdyn Ballinger, her sister Raegan Ballinger, and all the other
adopted Ballinger siblings. To the Ballinger family, she became more than "birth-
mom." She was another sweet mother to all the children, an adored friend, a
beloved member of the family, an unofficially adopted daughter, a newly engaged
bride to be and the biggest toy in the toybox.
Casey was blessed to have a wonderful fiancé, Lawrence Morrow, who loved her
unconditionally. His life is now changed forever by her passing as it was changed
forever by her presence.
Again, she was not a perfect person. She had her flaws. Her family knew her as a
loud, goofy girl who could laugh at herself. Casey loved her children more than
anything. A perfect day for her was sweating in the yard playing basketball with
her children, listening to Devin and Jadin tell her about video games that she knew
nothing about, or discussing makeup with her sister Raegan. No matter what she
did, Casey savored every minute of her time with her kids.
Casey brought joy to all those she met with her brilliant smile and bubbly
personality. She never met a stranger. Not only did Casey make a better life for
herself, but she inspired others to do the same. Be it just a listening ear or an
encouraging conversation; her goal was to help everyone to find the same
happiness she had found. She will be forever loved and missed. Until we meet
again….
