Mary Catherine DeHart, of Florence, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2010. A graveside service for Ms. DeHart will begin at 11:00am, Monday, March 1, at the cemetery pavilion in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jerry Rea will officiate. Catherine was a member of Woodward Ave. Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Mary Catherine Gargis (Sam), Shirley Moore, and Mark W. Smothers (Renee); grandchildren, Alison Oldham Collignon (Blake), Leslie W. Oldham (Kay), Chris S. Gargis (Naly), Kelly Gargis Voss (Allen), and Marty Kaczmarek; and great-grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, and Jake Collignon, Cole Oldham, Brooke Henry, Brandi Tucker, Josh, and Christopher Gargis, Samantha, Carter, and Heath Voss. Her family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staffs of Morningside Assisted Living, El Reposo Nursing Facility, and Hospice of the Tennessee Valley.
