Charles O''Neal Harvey age 56 of Florence passed on February 1, 2012. Visitation will be Friday February 3 at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence from Noon till 2pm. Service will follow at 2pm in the Chapel with Reverend Chris Compton officiating. Burial will be at Jones Hill Cemetery. Charles was surrounded by his family and loved ones as he passed away around midnight at ECM hospital. Pallbears will be nephews. He is survived by his wife Marilyn Harvey. Three sons, Brian Harvey and his girlfriend Erin Lough, Micheal, and Kevin Harvey. Parents Shirley and Bud Belue. All of Florence. Sister, Sherry Hines and husband Randy of Killen. Six nephews, Randall Hines and wife Paula of Rogersville, Marcus Hines and wife Michelle of Killen, Matthew Hines and wife Tiffany of Hoover, AL, Ricky, Justin, and Mark Waller of Florence. One niece Sabrina Slater and husband Rod of Las Vegas, Nevada. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude''s Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
