Mrs. Cheryl Ann Behel, of Florence, passed away Friday, July 10, 2010 after a brief illness. Visitation will be Tuesday July 13, 2010, from 1-2 PM at Elkins funeral home of Florence. The service will follow at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Jason Moore officiating. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Park. Mrs. Behel was a member of New Beginnings Church and a member of Out of the Box widower support group. She was a loving mother, grandmother and caring sister and friend. She was the best Nana in the world. She was preceded in death by her husband Allen David Behel Jr. She is survived by her sons; Corey Behel, Jason Behel and wife Staci, Grandchildren; Carly and Camryn, and their mother Tracy, all of Florence. Siblings; Debbie Hess, Jon Holt, Robert Holt, Patti Beland, Tom Holt and JoAnne Hoffman. Special friend Ron Grigsby. She will be missed by her loving aunt Janet Carlson, uncle Duane and son Marc Carlson of Benton Harbor, MI. Pallbearers will include: Tim Behel, Mike Behel, Todd Nix, Bill Hyde, Robert Eric Hess and Andy Cagle. The family offers special thanks to friends and co-workers at Andy''s The Professionals for their 22 years of friendship and support.
