Christie Michelle Newman, born on December 14, 1978, a beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on November 3rd at her residence. Christie is survived by her husband, Kenneth Newman; her daughters, Jade Corum, Raven Newman and Haleigh Newman. Her parents, Debbie and Michael Bowman and Rick and Beverly Corum; her grandson, Brantley Corum; and her niece and nephew, Cheyenne and Lynn Mullins. She also had two sisters, Brittany Latham and the late Shelia Mullins and one brother, Shawn Bowman. Christie also had countless friends that loved her dearly. The visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home. The family will have a private service at a later date.
