Moulton
Funeral for Corene Fretwell Terry, 93, of Moulton will be Friday, December 30, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Moulton Baptist Church with Reverend Mark Wakefield officiating and Elliott Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. at the church.
Mrs. Terry, who died Wednesday, December 28, 2011, was born June 25, 1918, in Walker County to Oscar Howell Fretwell and Ruth Strickland Fretwell. She retired as lunchroom manager at Lawrence County High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvie O. Terry; and one grandson, Dale Terry.
Survivors include two sons, Stencil Terry (Barbara) and Howell "Hal" Terry; three grandchildren, Beth Scott, Scott Terry and Nicki Mitchell; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Scott, Chris Mitchell, Bobby Terry, John Leggett, Scotty Terry and Gemar Cross.
