Funeral service for Dave Edward Owens, 78, of Moulton will be Monday, September 8, 2014, at noon at Elliott Funeral Home with Bro. Neil Carter officiating. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. Owens, who died Saturday, September 6, 2014, was born June 28, 1936, in Pulaski, Tn to Redden Bradley Owens and Zena Fralix Owens. He was a dairy farmer, craftsman and he was a christian. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Stephen Timothy Owens.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mary Nell Owens; one daughter, Catherine Melissa Ramirez; one son, Jonathan Russell Owens (Mandy Sue); three grandchildren, Michael Ramirez, Nevaehlee Sue Owens, Addyson MaKayla Owens; one sister, Wilma Jean Jones.
