Memorial service for David W Sexton, 78, of Decatur, who passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015, will be Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church in Decatur with Brother Martin Poe officiating and Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Sexton was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army, Retired from G.M. after 30 years of service.
He was born on July 7, 1937, in Michigan to Fred Maden Sexton and Marie Commire Sexton.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria Peek Sexton; four sons, Leonard Sexton, Andrew Sexton, Jeffery Sexton and Mark Sexton; one daughter, Cheryl Berry; one brother, Kenny Commire and one sister, Betty Jean Eskridge.
