Delores Fay Dowdy's Obituary
Mrs. Delores Fay Dowdy age 55 of Florence passed away Wednesday April 17, 2013. Visitation will be Monday April 22, 2013 at Elkins East Chapel from Noon till 1:30pm. Graveside services will follow at Butler Cemetery at 2pm with Greg Reynolds officiating.
She was preceded by her parents, Paul Shickles and Leonard and Edna Jacobs. She was a member of the Baptist church and pallbearers will be family and friends.
Delores is survived by two sons; Jerome dowdy and wife Camby and Johnny Lisby III. One daughter; Dawn Dowdy. One sister; Sarinda combs and one brother Steve Shickles. Four Grandchildren, Cassius King, Corbin Turbyfill, Cade and Presley Dowdy.
