Funeral service for Delwin Eugene Milligan, 58, of Hillsboro, who died Monday, August 17, 2015, will be Friday, August 21, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Donald Laymon officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born on August 21, 1956 in Illinois to Hershel Milligan and Emmer Matthews Milligan.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Milligan; one son, Michael Mitchell; granddaughter, Gracie Mitchell; two sisters, Helen Gatlin (Jerry) and Dorinda Pierunek (David).
He was preceded in death by his son, D. J. Milligan, one sister, Frances Dalton and one brother, Billy Milligan.
