Dolores S. "Dody" Goforth
Decatur Funeral for Dolores S. "Dody" Goforth, age 87, will be today at 2 p.m. at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sandra Locke Godbey officiating. Visitation will be from noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. "Dody", who died Friday, April 29, 2016, was born June 11, 1928, in Morgan County to Eli and Lula Street. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, P.C. Goforth Jr.

Survivors include daughters, Rev. Carol S. Goforth and Judi Goforth Galligan; granddaughter, Rebecca Leigh Galligan; nieces, Pat Taubert and Sue Bolton; nephews, Doug Street, Mike Street, and Donald Taubert.

Pallbearers will be Sam Ward, Ronnie Montgomery, Donnie Vaughn, Matt Adams, Mike Street, and Doug Street.
