Memorial service for Don L. Farrer, 60, of Trinity will be this evening, Oct. 22, 2009, at 6 p.m. at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Mr. Farrer, who died Monday, Oct. 19, 2009, at Parkway Medical Center, was born Feb. 24, 1949, in Decatur to Truman D. Farrer and Rossie Martin Farrer. He was retired from Dunlop Tire Corp. with 33 years of service. He was a member of the United Pentecostal Church. His son, Jonah Farrer, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Ann Farrer; two sons, Jason Don Farrer and Matthew Cain Farrer and his wife, Angelina; one daughter, Naomi Lee Ann Franks and her husband, Ray; his mother, Rossie Martin Farrer; one brother, Thomas Farrer; two sisters, Patsy Farrer and Emma Strane and her husband, Bobby; and six grandchildren.
