Dorothea L. "Dottie" Lee

The Lord brought Dorothea "Dottie" L. Lee home on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at the age of 86. Dottie was a retired employee of the Federal Government at Redstone Arsenal. She served many years as a volunteer at Parkway Medical Center and was a member of the Senior Circle. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nita and Earl Parker; grandchildren and their spouses, Gary and Kristi Parker, Greg Parker and Chris and Brooke Hodges; 10 greatgrandchildren; and nieces, Marsha Taylor and Karen Shirley. Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home will conduct a graveside service on Sunday, March 9, 2008, at 2:30 p.m. at Decatur City Cemetery with Keith Parker officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. before the service begins.
