Funeral service for Dorothy Rutherford, 84, of Somerville will be Friday Feb. 22, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Clement.  Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Rutherford died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019 at UAB.  She is survived by her sisters; Jane Miller, Shelby Hill and Gwen Ballentine, sons; Daniel Ray Tate, Clayton McDaniel and Randy Lee McDaniel, daughters; Janet Borden, Jeanette Sims, Katie Davis, Lynn Gay and JoAnn Brasher, and sixteen grandchildren.
