Earline Welborn (Spivey)'s Obituary
Funeral for Earline Spivey Welborn will be Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 12:00 PM at Elliott Funeral Home with Ray McWhorter officiating.
Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday morning 10:00 PM until 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Welborn, who died February 16, 2014 at Rose Manor Specialtiy Care in Haleyville, Alabama, was born on August 22, 1927 in Moulton to John Spivey and Noley Woodard Spivey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of over 50 years, Coke Welborn, and brother, Ernie Spivey.
She was an avid gardener who loved flowers and growing vegetables. She was a member of Moulton Church of Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Sherry Parker, Moulton; Diane Hogue (Phillip), Jasper; Glenda Dean (John), Jacksonville, FL; two sons. Mike (Tippy) Welborn and Doug (Carol) Welborn, both of Moulton, one sister, Kathleen Gaston of Decatur; one brother, Edward Spivey, Moulton.
Granddaughters; Kristy Skelton, Jessica Shelton, Beka Welborn, Alison Welborn and Kasey Welborn; grandsons, Justin Hogue, Blake Welborn, Matthew Hogue, Steven Dean; two step-grandsons, Jonathan Dean and Jeremy Dean; great grand children, Jason and Taylor Skelton, Willow Hogue, Nathan Hogue, and Ava Shelton.
Pallbearers will be Justin Hogue, Blake Welborn, Philip Hogue, John Dean, Keith Spivey and Gary Spivey and Larry Spivey.
