Edith Louise Allen's Obituary
Funeral for Edith Louise Allen, 83, of Decatur will be Monday, May 14, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown Service Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Gibson officiating
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Allen, who died Saturday, May 12, 2007, at Decatur General, was born Dec. 4, 1923. Her parents, O. E. and Jennnie Johnson and her sister, Doris Pittman, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Howard Allen; two sons, Joey Allen of Decatur, and Ray Allen of Trinity; one daughter, Lisa Lemons of Trinity; two brothers, Roy Johnson of Moulton and James Johnson of Trinity; three sisters, Martha Sparkman and Bertha Holtzclaw, both of Decatur, and Beulah Crow of Romulus, Mich.; four grandchildren; and four great-granddaughters.
Pallbearers will be her nephews.
