Funeral for Edith B. Glenn, 93, of Decatur will be Saturday, August 30, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home with Reverend John Ryberg officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Glenn passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born July 27, 1921, in Decatur to Dr. E.E. Beard and Lois Beard. Her husband, William Alfred Glenn, preceded her in death.

Survivors include three children, Dudley Glenn, Jim Glenn and Anita Dillard; six grandchildren, Allison Papendick, Chris Dillard, Elizabeth Duval, Angela Womack, Stuart Glenn and Mark Glenn; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, James Beard and wife, Rachel; and sister, Eddie Hartselle.
