Edward O'Neal Johnson, 88, of Killen died Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at his residence.

Visitation will be Friday, January 24, 2020, 6-8 PM at Elkins East Chapel.  Funeral services will be Saturday, January 25, 2020, 11 AM in the chapel with Bro. Paul Sheehan officiating.  Burial will be at Cooper Cemetery.

Mr. Johnson served in the US Marine Corp during the Korean Conflict.  He was a member of Brookhill Church of Christ.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by a son, Harold Wade Johnson; parents, Toad and Inez Dodson Johnson; siblings, Robert Johnson, Lendon Johnson, Wonda Pearson, and Betty Sue Harrison.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 68 years, Minnie L. Johnson; children, Kenny Johnson (Cynthia) and Kim Johnson (Donny Mahatha); grandchildren, Jeanie Johnson, Courtney Johnson, Tiffany Davis, and Paige Davis; great-grandchildren, Cindell Chmura, Eli Chmura, Kayleigh Grace Chmura, Bryson, Connor, and Bucklee; sister, Vonda Thompson.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Stutts, Dennis Smith, Dennis White, Rickie Johnson, John Greer, and Andy Thompson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Delmar Cody, Larry Hill, Tim Bradford, Leslie Johnson, Dennis Hargett, and Jackie Burney.
