Elaine Scott Raney's Obituary
Elaine Scott Raney, 92, of Madison died Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at Brookshire Healthcare in Huntsville. Visitation will be Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Elkins East Chapel from 12-2 PM. Funeral services will follow at 2 PM in the Chapel. Burial will be at Mitchell Cemetery in Anderson, Alabama.
Mrs. Raney was preceded in death by her husband Wallace E. Raney; grandchildren Donna Mitchell, Dewayne Robison, and Wade Raney.
She is survived by her daughters Jean Cothren (Larry) and Carol Cleckler (Lowell); son Ron Raney (Nancy); seven grandchildren Greg Mitchell, Keith Mitchell, Scott Hale, Teresa Jordan, Cassie Clark, J.C. Raney, and Shane Raney; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sister Doris Romine; brother J. C. Scott.
