Ella Smith Scoggin, 88, of Decatur died on Septermber 19,2012 at Decatur health and rehab. Visitation will be on Friday September 21,2012 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM and the service will be on Saturday September 22, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Funeral home Chapel.
Survived by her husbamd Millard F. Scoggin, a Niece Sandra and husband ray Frazier, 1 Great Niece Kayla and Husband Wally Myers.
