Evans Leroy Kelsey Roy Kelsey, 65, of Florence was born May 31, 1945, died Saturday, May 21, 2011, at ECM Hospital. Visitation will be Monday, May 23, 2011, from 9:30-11AM at Elkins Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 11:30AM, at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Mr. Kelsey is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Kelsey; two daughters, Alicia Kelsey and Martha Kelsey; three sons, Randy Kelsey, Rob Kelsey (Emily), and Brandon Kelsey (Jessica); three grandchildren, Hunter Kelsey, Ella Kelsey, and Madyson Kelsey.
