Fannie Springer (Peters) Springer's Obituary
Jo Springer, 79, of Florence died Friday, January 30, 2015, at her residence.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at Elkins Funeral Home from 9-10 AM. Funeral services will follow at 10 AM in the Chapel with Father Jacob officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Springer was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Luzina Peters; brothers, Joseph, Raymond, Jim, and Ed Peters; sisters, Ruby Sills and Grace Stamps.
Mrs. Springer is survived by her loving husband, Charles J. Springer; daughter, Judy Smith (Jeff); two sons, Sam Springer (June) and Terry Springer (Becky); three sisters, Mary Everett, Angela Cornelius, and Ann Bowling; brother, Bill Peters; five grandchildren, Kristy, Andrew, Katie, Deanna, and Emilie; six great-grandchildren, Jasper, Payton, Jack, Cayden, Braelynn, and Haevynn.
Pallbearers will be David Bowling, Keith Kelley, Kerry McDonald, Lane Rohling, Jeff Smith, and Pete Lopez. Honorary pallbearers will be Sam Springer and Terry Springer.
Special thanks to Advantage Hospice, Judy Smith (daughter), and June (daughter-in-law) for all the wonderful care.
