Flora Rooks (Nelson)'s Obituary
Flora Rooks, 89 of Kalamazoo MI will be on Tuesday August 8,2017 at 11:00 AM at Elliott's Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Williams officiating. Burial will be at Cheatham cemetery. The family will have a visitation on Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rooks was born in Moulton Alabama on September 20, 1927 to Azo Nelson and Delia Harden Nelson. She was a member of the Eastern Star and retired from the Shakespeare Company. She is Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Ray Rooks, and a son Bobby Wayne Rooks.
She is Survived by 2 sons Kenneth Rooks and wife Gina , Roger Dale Rooks. 1 Sister Minnie Woodall six Grandchildren and Several Great Grand Children.
