Frances S. Butler, 83, of Town Creek died Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Cypress Cove Center.
Visitation will be Friday, May 24, 2019, 6-8 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will be
Saturday, May 25, 2019, 2 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Burial will be at Butler Cemetery.
Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her husband, Jemmie Butler; sister, Virginia Moland;
brothers, Ralph Scogin, Bill Scogin, Lynn Scogin, Bob Scogin, and A.P. Scogin.
Mrs. Butler is survived by one son, Jeff Butler (Rosemarie); one daughter, Sherry Kiser (Jeff);
grandchildren, Justin Butler, Tyler Butler, SGT Jared Fitzgerald, Lauren Kiser, and Amanda
Kiser Raper; great-grandchildren, Caleb Lindley, Colton Raper, Cadence Raper, Emiline Trapp,
Sophie Parker, and Emilee Fitzgerald.
