Funeral for Frances J. Turner, 69, of Hartselle will be Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Chapel with the Reverend Les Jones and the Reverend Jack Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Turner, who died Saturday, March 2, 2013, was born March 25, 1943, in Decatur to Paul D. and Frances Kornis. She was retired from North Alabama Regional Hospital. She enjoyed her family, pets, and traveling.

Survivors include one daughter, Darlene Williams (Ray) of Danville; one son, Ken Turner (Wendi) of Moulton; one brother, Richard Kornis (Gloria) of Decatur; one sister, Carol Blackwood (Farris) of Navoo; four grandchildren, Chance Higdon (Jessica), Tray Williams, Blaine Turner and Cole Turner; and one great-grandchild, Jaden Cash Higdon.
