G. Bradley Hunter, age 69, of Florence, passed away on Saturday December 5, 2009 after suffering a heart attack.
Mr. Hunter lost his wife of 45 years, Sue Romine Hunter, only 2 months ago. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Aldon and Gertrude Hunter.
Family and friends may help remember both Brad and Sue on Tuesday December 8, 2009 from 5 pm until 7 pm at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence.
Mr. Hunter was born and raised in Spring Valley. He graduated from Colbert Co. High School, served in the U. S. Navy, and went on to graduate from UNA. Mr. Hunter was a retired analytical chemist from TVA.
Mr. Hunter is survived by his daughter Andrea Brock and husband Phillip of Calera, AL; his son Greg Hunter of Florence; his sister Doris Lowery of Spring Valley, AL; and his brother Leon Hunter and wife Patsy of Spring Valley, AL.
