Huntsville--Funeral for Gary Dwight Glover, age 72, of Huntsville, will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home Chapel with O.D. Bowling and Brother Steve Agee officiating. Burial will follow at Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 1 p.m. until time of service. Mr.Glover died Saturday, July 18, 2015. He was born June 25, 1943, in Lawrence County to the late William G. Glover and Lois Richardson Glover.
Survivors include one daughter, Penny Mayhall (Joe), of Huntsville; two brothers, Gwyn Glover (Bobbie), and Dwayne Glover (Gayle), both of Moulton two sisters, Betty Berteen, of Moulton and Wylene Stewart (Glenn), of Birmingham; and two grandchildren, Colton Mayhall (Kristen) and Carrie Mayhall.
Mr. Glover was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
He attended UNA and begin his employment with Ford Motor Company of Decatur.
Gary was in the insurance business for about 15 years with a company that provides insurance primarily to the educational market that was endorsed by the Alabama Educational Association.
Gary was retired from the Armed Forces Benefit Association as Regional Manager, covering the states of Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.
