Funeral for George W. Morgan, 79, of Moulton, will be Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Elliott Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Steve Agee officiating. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Morgan, who died, Monday, June 8, 2015 at his residence, was born on November 16, 1935 in Lawrence County to Burnett Morgan and Elvertie Rainey Morgan.
He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He retired from Ford Motor Company and was an Avid Alabama Fan.
Survived by wife, Bessie Morgan; 4 sons, Monty Morgan and wife Brenda; Dustin Morgan, Darwin Morgan, Damon Morgan and wife Stephanie; 3 granddaughters: Lisa Marie Morgan, Ailiea Morgan, Isabella Morgan and 1 grandson Tyler Morgan.
Pallbearers wil be, Stephen Morgan, Gregg Morgan, Tony Vinson, Phillip Jetton, Gary Hamby and Ronnie White
