Gereldean Ryan Bryant

Visitation for Gereldean Ryan Bryant, 85, of Decatur will be on Monday, September 18, 2023 at Fairview Baptist Church, Danville Road from 1:00pm-3:00 PM. Immediately following, the memorial burial will be at Johnson Chapel Cemetery in Danville, AL.

Mrs. Bryant, who passed away September 15, 2023, at her residence was born on June 13, 1938 in Decatur, Alabama to Hebren Cleo Ryan and Lula Mae Ryan.

She graduated from Austinville High School in 1956, was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and an Eastern Star. She had a love for Alabama football andenjoyed traveling with her late husband. Together, they started Bryant Industrial Maintenance Inc. and North Alabama Trailer in 1970. There, she devoted her time growing the family business.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Dalton Bryant, sisters Helen Loggins, Shelby Keenum, Doris Gibson and her grandson Justin Lee Bryant.

She is survived by her three loving sons Greg Bryant (Sandy Bryant) of Athens, AL, Stanley Bryant (Cindy Raley Bryant) of Arley, AL, and Steven Bryant (Cindy Ross Bryant) of Decatur AL; Grandson Shane Bryant; Granddaughters Shanna Bryant, Lindsey Bryant, Danielle Harris (Micah), Brittany Bryant, and Kristin Besecker (Jordan); great grandsons Maxx and Sylas Harris; and her dog Daisy.

Pallbearers will be nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Charlene Chandler and Becky Waddell for their compassion and loving care. The Bryant family will be forever grateful.
